Its been a year and a half only but got to know many things which can be stated as one kind of exposure to know the all contemporary things. I am working for BBA EVENT MANAGEMENT programme which itself have emerged as need of hour. I have joined MITWPU in January 2019 as Assistant Professor where i am teaching to BBA undergraduate students.

In the span of 12 years i was able to publish 5 research papers in various research journals. Currently i am pursuing Ph.D in Business Management under Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
My Research area- Marketing and Systems Management

In 2010, I was able to initiate and implement whole first year undergraduate SPPU examination process at college successfully. received appreciation from college authorities back then with a cash prize.
In 2014, Completed my M.Com degree and secured second rank at College.

To complete PhD and contribute in the field of research with many more publications.
Continuous self and student development by adopting modern practices and pedagogy.
